I had an amazing stay at La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi & Spa. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hoàn Kiếm Lake and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and truly made me feel at home, remembering my name from day one. However, there was occasionally a smell in the hallways and only one elevator, which meant some waiting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would love to return.
